Our commitment

Alphaware Advisory Services Private Limited (brands: Paterson, Voyager, Rupeeting) is committed to ensuring that its digital platforms are accessible to persons with disabilities, in accordance with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (sections 40, 42 and 46), the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017 (rule 15), and SEBI's circulars on digital accessibility for Regulated Entities dated July 31, 2025 and September 25, 2025. We believe every investor should be able to find, read, understand and act on the information on this website, whatever assistive technology they use.

Colour contrast meeting WCAG AA across text, controls and states.
Labelled form fields with appropriate autocomplete attributes; errors announced to screen readers.
Content available without JavaScript; animations respect the "reduced motion" system preference.
Data tables with programmatically associated headers; decorative imagery hidden from assistive technology.
An on-page accessibility toolbar (bottom-right on every page) offering text size, high contrast, link highlighting, a readable font, increased spacing and a stop-animations control; preferences persist across visits and are processed entirely in your browser.

Known limitations

This website currently contains no video content; if video is added, captions and Indian Sign Language support will be provided. Documents are published as accessible web pages; where a PDF is provided on request, we will supply an accessible (tagged) version on request. If you encounter any barrier not listed here, please tell us — it will be addressed on priority.

Accessibility feedback and grievances

Step 1: Write to hereforyou@paterson.co.in with a description of the issue and the page or feature affected. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve accessibility issues on priority, and in any case within 21 days.
Step 2: If unresolved, escalate to the Nodal Officer for digital accessibility: Mr. Sagar Lele, sagar@paterson.co.in, +91 97697 70046.
Step 3: Grievances may also be lodged with SEBI on SCORES, and thereafter on the SmartODR platform.

Nodal Officer

Pursuant to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/111, Mr. Sagar Lele (Compliance Officer) is the designated Nodal Officer for digital accessibility compliance of Alphaware Advisory Services Private Limited.

This statement is reviewed at least annually, following each accessibility audit, and whenever significant changes are made to the website.
